This facility is a very versatile and flexible area situated on the lower ground floor of the Turner Centre complex and is ideal for conferences, meetings and small events. Facilities include full audio, projection and presentation equipment.
It has a total floor area of 350 sq metre catering for up to 230 people in a banquet style setting or 400 people for lecture-style conferences. The carpeted area is divisible into two equal-sized rooms divided by an acoustic folding door. The door is carried by a central beam with 3m clearance. The stud height of the rooms is 4.4m.
A small commercial kitchen is accessible from both modules.
The Events Centre rooms can be opened up to The Plaza Theatre for larger functions and events.
