You can book tickets in three ways:

• Online through our “what’s on” event pages
• Over the phone with iTICKET on 0508 iTICKET (0508 484 253)
• In person at the Box Office. Our Box Office is located on the right as you come into the building. It’s open Monday to Friday, from 9.00am – 4:00pm. It also opens one hour before all performances, for you to buy your tickets.

If you have a phone that can display PDF files, you are welcome to open your eTicket on your phone and present this at the door. We can scan and validate your ticket directly off your phone screen.

Purchased at the Turner Centre Box Office
Once payment for your order has been received, you should receive your eTicket within 5 minutes. Sometimes your Internet Service Provider may have delays with their email system, and therefore the delivery of your eTicket. If you haven’t received you eTicket within 2 hours, please call 09 407 0260

Purchased online or iTICKET phone

Unfortunately, the Turner Centre cannot refund or exchange any tickets purchased, including service and web fees.

Where can I buy a gift voucher?
Gift vouchers are available at the Turner Centre Box Office.

How can I purchase a ticket with my gift voucher?
Gift vouchers are redeemable at the Turner Centre Box Office and may not be redeemed for cash.

Can I redeem a gift voucher online?
Not at this stage as we require the gift voucher to be presented to our Box Office.

Can I use my gift voucher for shows that only have door sales?
No sorry, Turner Centre gift vouchers can only be redeemed for ticketed events at our Box Office.

What happens when my ticket costs less than the value of the gift voucher?
When your ticket costs less than the value of the gift voucher, and the remaining balance is over $5, we will give you a new gift voucher with your remaining balance. Your replacement gift voucher will have the same expiry date as your first gift voucher.

What happens when my ticket costs more than the value of the gift voucher?
When the ticket is greater than the value of the gift voucher, the entire balance of the gift voucher will be used and you will be asked to provide another form of payment to make up the difference such as cash, credit card, debit card, etc.

How long are gift vouchers valid for?
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

My gift voucher expired, can I still use it?
The gift voucher will expire 12 months from the date of purchase. After the voucher has expired, it is no longer valid. We won’t exchange your expired voucher.

I lost/damaged my Gift Voucher, can I get a replacement?
Unfortunately, lost or stolen gift vouchers will not be replaced. Gift vouchers will be void and will not be redeemable if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way.

Can I return or refund a gift voucher?
Gift vouchers cannot be returned or refunded.

What are the other Terms and Conditions?
Purchase or use of the gift voucher constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions on our website. The Turner Centre may vary these terms and conditions by posting revised terms and conditions on the website.

Your gift voucher may not be copied or reproduced in any circumstances.

Our bar opens an hour before every show – a great reason to get here a little early for your show and enjoy a drink and snack. We are also just down the road from plenty of places to dine.

Please note you can’t take glasses, glass bottles, or hot drinks, into the auditorium for shows. This is because of health and safety concerns. If you want to take a drink in to enjoy at your seat, a plastic cup can be provided.

The Turner Centre has plenty of onsite parking, with road parking nearby for sell-out shows.

There is no need to bring any parking money – parking is free!

There are two mobility car park spaces at the Turner Centre, directly outside reception. There are dedicated mobility seats in the theatre and ramp access to all levels. For accessible seats please call iTICKET as spaces are limited. Companion seats are available for those booking wheelchair spaces and guide dogs are welcome at our venue.

We also have a hearing aid loop available for all seats. To connect to the hearing loop, switch your hearing aids to ‘tele’.
